Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says his tenure will "absolutely" be measured by leading the club to its first Champions League title. 

Since taking charge, he has won nine major trophies. Guardiola was asked whether his spell would count as a miss if City failed to win the premier European competition.

 

"That doesn't mean I agree with it, but I will definitely be judged for it," said the 52-year-old Spaniard. "First time champions (at City) of his league. Before the match people said I was here to win. "I said 'What?'
